Rochester, N.Y. — A woman was arrested in connection to shots fired in the City's Beechwood neighborhood early on Monday. Police responded to a ShotSpotter notification around 1:30am on Garson Avenue near Webster Avenue.
Officers determined that shots had been fired at the scene but that the bullets had struck no people or property. Police then initiated a traffic stop of a suspect vehicle about a mile away at East Main and Scio Streets. Officers say they found the driver, a woman in her thirties, with a handgun and two children, ages eight and 10.
