Getting on a bike could be hugely beneficial to not only your physical health but your brain health, keeping your feeling younger, according to a study.
Keeping fit and healthy is important throughout life but it can become increasingly difficult as we age.
During his research, Dr Mosley noticed a study published in the Journal of Physiology earlier this year. The study included participants from the age of 18 to 56 who completed short bursts of high-intensity training on a bike. Doing this type of HIIT activity a few times per week could even delay the onset of neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's, according to the researchers.
