Updated: Nov. 07, 2023, 5:22 a.m.BRUNSWICK HILLS TOWNSHIP, OhioA resident reported being contacted Nov. 4 by a collections representative from Verizon Wireless regarding an account overdue by $31.73. The man told the caller he had not opened an account with Verizon and his information had been used by an unknown person. The man provided police with an email and two phone numbers associated with the fake account but neither contact was valid.
