A man was stabbed multiple times Monday evening in Penn Township, according to Northern Lancaster Regional Police.
Shortly before 6 PM on Monday, Nov. 6, local authorities responded to reports of a stabbing that had occurred on the 1000 block of White Oak Road. Once on the scene, officers discovered that a physical altercation between two males had escalated to a stabbing. The victim had been stabbed multiple times and was "immediately taken via ambulance to the hospital."The other male was subsequently taken into custody "without further incident."
Northern Lancaster Police say this was an isolated incident and that there is no immediate cause for concern regarding public safety.This is an evolving story. CBS 21 will continue to update this page as more information becomes available.
