With about a 15-minute lag time prior to the call, police were unable to locate the car in question, although the resident’s concerns were noted by dispatchers.A caller reported that an unknown male with a backpack was dropped off in her driveway by a dark-colored car that then left the area at 6:24 p.m. Oct. 26. She thought the male might be up to something, but police were unable to locate him immediately.
