Magashule and Sodi challenge admissibility of evidence against them as case is moved to October
The accused, who face charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering, on Wednesday appeared before the Free State High Court Judge President Cagney Musi in a pretrial hearing in Bloemfontein.

The judge asked whether the application would fall away if the state did not use any evidence obtained from the Zondo commission, but Hodes retorted: “It is not as simple as that.”
