Kalmar has modified a series of Porsche 911s and a Cayman R for use on the same snow tracks that WRC teams test on
Have you ever dreamed of driving a Porsche 911 on snow and ice in the Arctic Circle? If you have, then a new driving experience announced by Kalmar Beyond Adventure could be right up your alley. The tour company is working alongside Kalmar Automotive, a maker of modified Porsche 911s, to offer enthusiasts the experience of a lifetime in Rovaniemi throughout January.
Driving enthusiasts will be pleased to know that all of them have manual transmissions and are fitted with WRC-spec studded tires. The first, known as Arctic Control, helps master the art of driving on ice with the help of experienced driving tutors, including rally legend Marcus Grönholm, over a period of two days.
