The outlook means growth of 25% to 29% from a year earlier, a deceleration from the more than 50% growth posted in 2025. Once Upon a Farm posted 2025 revenue of $240.7 million, just above the $240 million anticipated by analysts. It also reported a net loss of $17.2 million, the company said in a statement Thursday. The company’s growth slowed in early 2026 compared with last year amid a weaker consumer backdrop, TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow, who rates the shares “hold,” wrote in an initiation note in early March. Once Upon a Farm is “well positioned to capitalize on evolving consumer preferences toward organic, better-for-you, clean and transparent food offerings,” Barclays analyst Andrew Lazar wrote in a separate initiation note earlier in March. He rates the stock “equal weight,” citing valuation. Once Upon a Farm went public in February, raising nearly $200 million in its initial public offering.
