19 Troubleshooter helps get Bedford Heights woman’s yard fixed.
BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio - 19 Troubleshooter ’s hard work has paid off for Darlene Edwards.The Bedford Heights woman said for months her front yard was wrecked due to a negligent towing company... days after calling 19 Troubleshooter the issue was fixed.
“Since the last time we spoke my grass is fixed,” said Edwards. “I am happy and I want to say thank you for all your time and effort because I was fighting a losing battle.”Last time 19 Troubleshooter spoke with Edwards she said it started back in February when a neighbor’s handyman called for Advantage towing in Maple Heights.
However, for some reason, the tow truck ended up on her yard. Leaving her with $1300 bill to get the mess fixed. Frustrated, she gave 19 Troubleshooter a call after reaching several dead ends with the towing company, and the city. We got the issue fixed within days! She said she believes the towing company finally paid a landscaper to show up.
“I was completely surprised when the landscaper showed up.
