It saddens me deeply how little power the United Nations has in these horrible situations.by the United States, Canada and a number of Western European nations to provide collective security against the Soviet Union. Today, Russia is murdering Ukrainians, all because Putin hates NATO. And what is NATO doing about it? Sending military and humanitarian aid.
