Organizers say 100% of the proceeds will go to humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

in East Hollywood will host an arts fundraiser this weekend to support humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

Co-organizer Iryna Vasylkova said her parents chose to stay in Ukraine as Russian forces invaded. They’ve had to huddle in bomb shelters as shelling has continued near their home. “As family members of those going through [this] excruciating experience, we’re doing our best here in L.A. to save our country,” Vasylkova said.

An art exhibit and silent auction opening Saturday will feature the work of L.A. artists, including Yulia Gasio, Lado Goudjabidze, Marlene Greenberg, Juri Koll, Victor Makohonenko, Nik Le Skela and Yuriy Viktiuk.
