CBS 21's Alex Thill took a closer look to address questions some have raised about how the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) functioned as a neighbor.
It appears the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center , a popular music venue, will not reopen anytime soon.According to police records obtained by CBS 21, HMAC received significantly more police calls over the last two years than similar venues did in the last five years.
