CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted the man accused in the fatal shooting of a young Garfield Heights father.Arrington was indicted on the charges of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability for the murder of Jose Ervin Jr.
