Gerber announced a nationwide recall for the product due to the possible presence of soft plastic or paper material.
Gerber conducted a voluntary nationwide recall of its Arrowroot Biscuits because the goods may contain soft plastic and/or paper pieces that should avoid being eaten.The baby foods manufacturer explained in a company release that the material comes from an arrowroot supplier who initiated the recall, with Gerber adding that they are no longer with that supplier.

Gerber said that the recall affects limited batches of Arrowroot Biscuits 5.5oz products made between July 2025 and September 2025.Batch codes for the products are located on the back of the packaging, and a list of the batch codes can be found here.Consumers who purchased the Gerber Arrowroot Biscuits should not feed this item to their child and can return them to the store where it was bought to receive a refund.
