faces a multitude of charges, including two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, three counts of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated burglary, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of robbery, one count of grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, and one count of having weapons under disability. The 16-year-old, whose case is being transferred from juvenile court to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, faces charges mirroring those of Walker. The juvenile will have a probable cause hearing at a later date. Another individual has been charged with one count of tampering with evidence and one count of obstructing justice for allegedly assisting Walker after the homicide. The incident unfolded on January 4th when Edith Moore was fatally shot. Authorities state that Graves drove Walker and the 16-year-old to Moore's residence, where they robbed an 18-year-old present inside the house. During the robbery, the 18-year-old sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, and Moore was shot fatally in the head. Cleveland Heights police apprehended the 16-year-old on January 7th. The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Walker on January 17th. The timeframe for Graves' arrest remains undisclosed
