Jacob Pullen, a former New Braunfels Police Department lieutenant, was found guilty of possessing child pornography more than four years after he was arrested.
A jury has convicted a former New Braunfels police officer on child pornography charges. Jacob Pullen , 43, was arrested in December 2019, and in 2020, a grand jury indicted him on seven counts of possession of child pornography. A Guadalupe County jury found him guilty on all charges last week, according to court documents.
New Braunfels police officer fired for allegedly bullying homeowner wants job back Pullen had worked for the New Braunfels Police Department since 2006 and was placed on administrative leave in November 2019, when the Texas Rangers notified the city that he was under investigation. The police department said in a statement that December that it was “shocked and, quite frankly, embarrassed” to learn of the allegations. Pullen resigned in February 2020 after he was indicted, a city spokesman said.
