Hartford police responded about 8:30 a.m. to a home on Highway 167 North, near Geneva County Road 45. When they arrived, they found Angel Nicole Stout dead. Authorities have not said how Stout was killed.The State Bureau of Investigation took lead on the probe. On Monday, they announced a murder warrant had been obtained against 31-year-old Brandon Michael Waddell in Stout’s slaying.Waddell pleaded guilty in 2018 to felony domestic violence involving a different woman. He was sentenced to three years in prison for that conviction, court records show.
