The Jaguars — 5-7 last season — received two-first place votes and 79 poll points, putting them behind Louisiana in the West Division projections. Troy is third, followed by Texas State , Southern Miss , Arkansas State and Louisiana-Monroe .Appalachian State is picked to finish first in the East, with 94 points and 10 first-place votes. Coastal Carolina got two first-place votes, while Georgia State and Georgia Southern got one each.
