Loved ones of an Anchorage woman who suffered severe injuries in a house fire on Friday say she died in a Seattle hospital Sunday night. Anchorage Fire Department officials said Monday afternoon that the fire on Marten Street, between DeBarr Road and E. 16th Ave., left six residents hospitalized.

Five of them suffered minor injuries, the department said, and one person – Haley Elizabeth Michele Cartwright – was left in serious condition.
