Brian Daboll, one of the Eagles' top offensive coordinator targets, could return and coach the Buffalo Bills.

Daboll, the former Giants head coach, served as the Bills’ OC from 2018-21. Daboll helped develop Allen from a first-round rookie project into an eventual league MVP. In 2020 and 2021, Daboll’s last two years with the Bills, Allen accounted for 10,135 total yards and 87 touchdowns. The Bills’ offense ranked second in scoring in 2020 and third in scoring in 2021. Daboll has also worked with Nick Sirianni. Daboll was the OC with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012 when Sirianni was the team’s wide receivers coach. Sirianni considers Daboll a “mentor.” So it makes sense that Daboll, along with former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel, was at the top of the Eagles’ OC wish list, according to Russini.reported on Sunday that the Eagles are expected to interview Daboll for their OC job, which opened last week after Kevin Patullo was removed from the role.
