The officer talked to a member of the US Postal Inspector’s Office, who said a female mail carrier was delivering mail to a Tollis Parkway address when a resident came up from behind, grabbed her and kissed her cheek.The officer went to the Tollis Parkway address where they found the suspect highly intoxicated and surrounded by alcoholic beverages in his garage.On March 31, police were flagged down while driving by Get Go on E. Royalton Road.
