A Cleveland Heights woman found her former boyfriend hiding under her bed. When she asked him to leave, the man became violent.

Cleveland Heights police were called to a local restaurant where a man pushed through a window the mother of his child.At 9:30 p.m. April 18, a woman reported that she is a direct support professional for a Cleveland Heights company and that she was working the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift with a male worker who imposed upon her sexually as the two slept on either end of a couch.

The woman told officers that she had just left her home when she began to receive phone calls and text messages from the man, who had not been at her home in two weeks. The man, in his messages, stated he wanted to see the woman and that he was at her home. The woman screamed for help and pounded on the floor until the neighbor below yelled up and asked if she was all right. That is when the suspect left, taking the woman’s phone and car keys.At the time of the attack the man wore an ankle monitor. He was under probation in Euclid and was in violation of that probation while in Cleveland Heights.The following day, the man turned himself in to Euclid police for the probation violation.
