A driver was cited for falsification when police pulled over the car he was driving at 4:19 a.m. Sept. 22. Police noticed the license plate on the car was registered to a different vehicle. The driver provided false identification to police, later stating he used his brother’s ID because he was concerned he had a warrant. He was cited for falsification and his passenger, the registered owner of the car, was advised how to register the plate to the newly purchased car.

A K-9 search also alerted to narcotics and a scale was found inside the car, but no drugs were found.A driver was pulled over for speeding at 1:24 a.m. Sept. 22 and failed field sobriety tests.
