A caller at 5:31 p.m. on Sept. 22 said he was following a dark green or blue truck for about a half mile, and it was swerving all over the road, according to a police event report.

An officer found the vehicle parked on Detroit Avenue near Graber Drive. An adult male was arrested for OVI and having an open container in a motor vehicle.A caller at 2:09 p.m. on Sept. 22 reported a man was passed out near the intersection of Detroit Avenue and Arthur Avenue. The man appeared to have urinated on himself, according to the caller. Officers and firefighters arrived. Firefighters determined he did not need paramedics.
