On Sept. 18, police observed a weaving white Ford F-250 driving erratically heading southbound on I-77.
After following the Ford with the squad car’s lights on, the F-250 finally pulled over nearly a mile later. When asked to recite the alphabet without singing it from letters C to W, the man smiled, thought about it for a few seconds and said it was too complicated.
