The site is close to where roughly $35 billion in semiconductor-related expansions are anticipated.will begin its work on Cottonwood, a development near the small city of Dorchester, the company announced Friday.
In total, Cottonwood is expected to consist of 4,000 single-family lots, along with 1,450 rental units and 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, Glendenning said. The property has been established as a municipal utility district to pay for infrastructure.Since 1990, Centurion American has developed more than 100,000 single-family home lots in dozens of residential communities.
