Centurion American Development GroupThe roughly 3,000 lots range from 40 to 60 feet as well as an additional 120 townhome lots. Builders contracted for the development include DR Horton, Beazer, First Texas, Ashton Woods and M/I Homes. Initial lot delivery is expected in early 2026, the company said.The 1,050-acre development sits north of Mobberly Road between Lights Ranch and Hames roads.
Centurion American also plans to dedicate a 2-acre site for a future EMS facility.
