One of North Texas’ largest developers has started work on a midrise apartment complex in downtown Dallas.
Dallas Morning News’Current plans call for a seven-story complex with 45 two-bedroom apartments and 137 one-bedroom apartments. Estimated average rents will hover around $3,000.Preleasing will begin in July or August 2025. Construction is expected to be complete by mid-2025. The first residents will move in around October or November 2025.Both properties are in Dallas’ Harwood Historic District, which includes a mish-mash of buildings constructed between the late 1800s to the 1980s.
