The branch at 2343 Oregon Pike, Manheim Township, Lancaster County, will close on September 6.The branch at Bethany Village, Lower Allen Township, will close on November 6.The branch at 3002 Hempland Road, East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, will close on November 7.The branch closures will result in a one-time pre-tax charge of approximately $534,000, the bank said. Once completed, Orrstown Bank said the closings are expected to generate approximately $1.
“These changes are designed to align the Bank’s resources with the evolving needs of its local clients and the broader banking landscape. While the Orrstown Bank and PeoplesBank branch network is highly complementary, there are some instances where branches currently serve the same local area,” Orrstown Bank said in the filing.
