While power has been restored to the facility according to a release from Dauphin County's press team, a blown fuse has kept the prison's air conditioning shut down. Due to this, county officials reported that air flowing through the vent system is causing a "distinct smell" and that there is no gas leak at the prison.
CBS21's Sarah Burns spoke with Dase Whitfield-Musleh, whose brother is currently incarcerated at the prison. During a phone call this morning, the siblings spoke. She told us over a phone interview today that "Now while we're on the phone there's a guy passed out in the cell, and I don't know if it was right next to him or just on his block.
