Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata demikian dalam satu hantaran melalui Facebook, pada 4 pagi tadi.
“Pihak pengurusan Hospital Teluk Intan sudah mengambil tindakan pengawalan yang rapi dengan bantuan Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Hilir Perak, serta tindakan pencegahan untuk meminimumkan pendedahan terhadap kakitangan hospital menjadi aktiviti utama sejak kes pertama jangkitan positif Covid-19 dikenalpasti.
