The Lancaster County coroner’s office released the results from the autopsy for a 44-year-old man who died after a commercial vehicle ran him over last month.
According to the coroner, Jason Lutz, of Lancaster County, died from multiple traumatic injuries and acute drug intoxication, which was listed as a “contributing factor.”His death was ruled accidental, the coroner’s office said. He was found in the driveway near a parking area for a professional office building, according to the coroner’s office.The county coroner’s office pronounced him dead at 7:08 a.m. and said he had physical trauma caused by a motor vehicle.
