Benjamin Blank, 3, son of John R. and Sadie F. Stoltzfoos Blank, died June 4 at his home in the 200 block of Bell Road, Colerain Township, after he came in contact with a ventilation machine in a barn that evening. Neighbors were trying to help him as emergency crews arrived.
