The officer smelled alcohol inside the vehicle and the driver was arrested after failing field sobriety and blood-alcohol level breath tests.A woman was cited for prostitution at 8:55 p.m. June 13 following a police investigation of persons selling sex within the city.
She was also found to be driving without a license and gave police false information about her identity during the stop. She was cited for driving with no license and the expired tag.A driver was stopped at 1:33 a.m. June 265 for illegal display of a temporary license tag. She was found to have multiple outstanding warrants and was cited for driving under suspension and display of plates, and was turned over to Westlake Police on one of the warrants.
