The Boston Mills Artfest returns for its 50th year June 28-30 and July 5-7.
The juried art show features works by 300 artists from around the county, along with live music, food, craft beer and wine.PENINSULA, Ohio – The Boston Mills Artfest will return for its 50th year June 28-30 and July 5-7.
The picturesque Cuyahoga Valley National Park will serve as the backdrop for the juried show, which will feature works by 300 artists from around the country. Each weekend features a different set of artists specializing in acrylic painting, oil painting, watercolor painting, drawing, photography, computer art, glass, ceramics, metal, wood, furniture, jewelry, sculpture, 2D mixed-media, 3D mixed-media, wearables, fiber and leather.
All art exhibited is available for purchase and artists will be on site, according to an event news release.Artfest hours are Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $11 in advance, $15 at the door and free for children under age 12.Preview parties will be held June 28 and July 5 from 6-9 p.m. The parties offers guests the first chance to view and purchase art ahead of the Saturday show openings.
