George Hillow stepping down after heading the Cuyahoga County Convention Facilities Development Corporation for nine years.
CLEVELAND, Ohio – George Hillow has announced he will resign as executive director of the Cuyahoga County Convention Facilities Development Corporation, or CCCFDC, on Nov. 1.
“It has been an honor and a privilege to manage and expand the convention industry in Cleveland,” Hillow said in a recent news release. “In partnership with our board, The Huntington Convention Center and Destination Cleveland teams, I am proud of the impact we have made in Cleveland through hosting flagship events in our state-of-the-art facilities.”
Hillow leaves the nonprofit “with solid leadership, a balanced bottom line and a bright future,” he said.
