federal investigators have accused Ishmael Wahid of being involved in a bulk drug trafficking operation after around 68 pounds of illegal drugs and firearms were discovered in a conex box, typically referred to as a shipping container.

A federal affidavit from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security obtained by the outlet states that Wahid allegedly used the container, found parked on an industrial property in Akron, Ohio, to store narcotics while selling them in the city. Investigators utilized a surveillance camera to watch the container between November and February and, in December, reportedly saw an individual matching Wahid's description going into the container with a backpack and coming out without it, per the report. According to the outlet, authorities said the suspect also entered the property in January and February. On one occasion, he carried a large duffel bag; on another, he brought a large rolling suitcase, per the report.
