m. Wednesday, March 4, atThe multi-course dinner’s theme will focus on the renowned chef, author and travel documentarian. It draws directly from dishes featured in Bourdain’s travels and television episodes, highlighting flavors he championed. Bourdain died in 2018 at age 61. “Anthony Bourdain showed us that food is never just about what’s on the plate - it’s about the people, the stories, and the shared experience,” Executive Chef Kathryn Neidus said in a press release. “This menu is our way of honoring his spirit. Each course reflects comfort, culture and connection.
