52 overseas Filipino workers arrive in Bacolod City Tuesday night.

Nakauwi na ang 52 Negrense overseas Filipino workers na karamihan ay mga seafarers lulan ng barko sa Bredco Port sa Bacolod City nitong Martes ng gabi.Ngunit dahil sa ito’y ipinagbabawal, ang magkapatid na babae na nag-antay sa labas ng arrival area ay hanggang tingin at kaway na lang sa kanilang 43 anyos na kapatid na seafarer.

Isa siya sa 28 na mga Negrense na isinakay ng bus patungong Provincial Healing Center sa bayan ng EB Magalona para sa mandatory 14-day quarantine. Ang 24 naman na taga-Bacolod City ay inihatid din ng mga medical personnel sa Lopez Jaena Elementary School na ginawang quarantine facility sa lungsod. Ayon kay Bacolod Councilor Israel Salanga, chairman ng Action Team on Returning OFWs, nagnegatibo na sa rapid testing ang mga pasahero bago pa umalis ng Manila.

Muli silang sasailalim sa swab test upang makasiguro na ligtas sila sa coronavirus disease 2019 habang nasa loob ng quarantine facility.
