A pair of teenagers have been charged in connection with a shots fired incident on March 20 in Lancaster, according to the police.
Lancaster City police confirmed that Efrain Torres-Ramos, 19, and Jasim Waller-Irons, 17, were arrested on March 26 after four teenagers in ski masks were seen running through the area. Torres-Ramos was charged with recklessly endangering another person, aggravated assault, and other firearm-related offenses.
Waller-Irons is facing charges of aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering another person.
