A Lancaster man was sentenced to 8 to 20 years in state prison Thursday after a jury found him guilty of a fatal shooting outside of a party in 2021.According to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, Tidwell grabbed a handgun from his car during a "tense argument.
" He then pointed it and fired five times. Almestica, who was outside of a nearby residence and not involved in the argument, was struck by the gunfire. He was taken to a hospital and died one hour later, the DA's office said.
