CLEVELAND, Ohio - Arctic air mass firmly in place. We have slick spots all over early this morning from the snow showers and squalls that rolled through last night. Most areas will be dry today with a mix of sun and clouds. Lake effect snow, however, will be meandering around the far northeast part of Ohio and into northwest Pennsylvania. Parts of Lake and northern Ashtabula Counties could see locally over 3 inches of additional snow where snow bands persist.
