After going fish-less in June, Go Fish Wine and Oyster Bar is adopting the concept of its sister restaurant Little Em's Oyster Bar.
A Pearl -area restaurant is rebranding again. Go Fish Wine & Oyster Bar has been called Go Fish Wine Bar and Go Fish Market, each with a slightly different concept. The venture, which went fish-less for a brief time earlier this year, is now leaning into oysters.
A spokesperson for the restaurant told the San Antonio Current it is adopting the concept of its sister restaurant Little Em's Oyster Bar. 'Go Fish Wine & Oyster Bar is excited to announce its rebranding, marking a bold new chapter as part of the Carpenter Carpenter restaurant family,' spokeswoman May Carlson said in an email. 'Following the success of Little Em's Oyster Bar in Southtown, Go Fish is stepping into its sister concept’s shoes, offering the same fresh, coastal-inspired dishes and vibrant atmosphere that have made Little Em’s a local hotspot.'
