CINCINNATI - A Hamilton man is behind bars after he sexually extorted a child in a neighboring home, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office. Brandon Anderson , 40, was arrested on March 10 and charged with obstructing official business and two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Deputies said the investigation began after a Ross School District student contacted deputies, alleging she was being sexually extorted by her adult neighbor. Butler County deputies then executed a search warrant at Anderson’s home on Silver Lane and seized several electronics.Deputies expect more charges against Anderson as the investigation continues due to the large volume of content they found.“Protecting our children is one of the most important responsibilities we have. Predators who target our kids—whether in person or online—need to understand there is no place to hide. We will use every resource available to track them down, hold them accountable, and make sure they face the consequences of their actions. If you come after our children in Butler County, we will come after you."
