Cheyanne Seina Bradley and Evan James Joel Hensley face charges of theft, forgery, corrupt business influence and official misconduct.
CINCINNATI - Two people have been charged in connection with a major mail theft and forgery investigation in southeast Indiana, prosecutors said. Cheyanne Seina Bradley and Evan James Joel Hensley face charges of theft, conspiracy to commit forgery , corrupt business influence and official misconduct after Bradley stole mail throughout Ohio and Switzerland counties while working as a mail carrier, Dearborn County Prosecutor Lynn Deddens said.
Records state that Bradley knowingly took the mail from her assigned routes while Hensley opened it and committed acts of forgery and theft. An investigation revealed that a large amount of undelivered mail, which included checks, credit cards and financial documents from numerous victims, was used by the couple. Investigators confirmed with victims that pieces of their mail containing important financial documents were delayed or never arrived. “This case involves a profound breach of public trust,” Dearborn County Prosecutor Lynn Deddens said in a statement. ”People depend on the mail for their financial security and peace of mind. When that trust is violated, it impacts an entire community.”Trump says Venezuelan airspace will reopen to commercial travel and Americans soon can visitTrump sues IRS and Treasury for $10 billion over leaked tax info
