UNLV bolsters its 2025 roster with the addition of running back Caleb Lee from Mississippi State. Lee brings experience from both the SEC and the Big Ten, looking to make an impact for the Rebels.

UNLV continues to bolster its 2025 roster with the addition of running back Caleb Lee from Mississippi State . Lee spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons with the Bulldogs, appearing in 12 games with two starts. He was hampered by an injury that sidelined him for eight games in 2024. Despite the setback, Lee will have one season of eligibility remaining. During his time at Mississippi State , he carried the ball 41 times for 215 yards and a touchdown.

Before joining the Bulldogs, Lee played at Penn State from 2020 to 2022, featuring in 27 games. He recorded 222 carries for 1,062 yards and six touchdowns for the Nittany Lions. Lee was a highly sought-after recruit out of high school, earning consensus four-star status in the 2020 class from American Collegiate Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. His arrival marks the 21st incoming transfer player for UNLV, as the Rebels navigate a roster turnover with an estimated 32 players departing. This influx of talent comes on the heels of a coaching change, with former Florida and Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen taking over the helm in December following Barry Odom's departure to Purdue. UNLV will kick off its 2025 season on August 30 against Sam Houston.
