Criminal charges have been dropped against a woman who was shot by a San Antonio police officer after being accused of making threats against herself and three police officers. Karen Martinez , 30, was charged with two counts of terroristic threats against a police officer. The Bexar County District Attorney's Office dropped the case due to lack of evidence, according to court records. Officials in the D.A. 's office didn't respond to repeated requests for comment regarding the case.
