In separate local news, Apache Junction police responded to a stabbing incident on Thursday, May 28, near the intersection of Lost Dutchman Boulevard and Warner Drive. The attack left two individuals injured, one critically.

A suspect, identified as a man, is currently in custody in connection with the crime.
