Authorities said the incident happened in the 12700 block of Blue Timbers Court in northeast Harris County. Officials identified the suspect as 38-year-old Gary Davis and alleged that Davis shot and killed 36-year-old Marlon Sanders. According to investigators, Sanders's wife was in a relationship with Davis while she was separated from Sanders.
