One of the former Gettysburg mayor's accusers is claiming they were in a relationship with another man at a theater in York County . Court documents say the alleged victim said he met Chad-Alan Carr while he attended summer camp at the Eichelberger Preforming Arts Center in Hanover .

Instead of reporting the situation, he says Carr would ask to join and request explicit photos of him. Court documents say the alleged victim would sneak out at night, meet up with instructors at the theater, including Carr and the adult, and drink alcohol with them.Investigation status unclearThis was reported to Pennsylvania State Police in February, but when News 8 asked if there was an investigation into that relationship, they said it was within Hanover Police Department's jurisdiction. News 8 reached out to Hanover police on Thursday afternoon but did not hear back. We also reached out to the York County District Attorney's Office. The executive director at the Eichelberger Preforming Arts Center, David Adler, said he would have a statement on the allegations Thursday afternoon, but News 8 did not receive one.
